Al Furat Center opened in collaboration with Development without Borders, a local CBO serving displaced widows and orphans in eastern Syria.

Their initial programs have focused on awareness of the psychological impacts of war and displacement, as well as women's health.  They plan a professional sewing program for 30+ women.
