WPC started strong in March 2023 with a literacy program for the women displaced from conflicts in Sudan, DR Congo, Ethiopia, and other East Africa nations.

They have started four Table Banking Groups, and piloted a bakery skills training that may evolve into a business.  Their other ambition includes a community garden for fresh produce for members and neighbor refugee families.
